There is one inbox, and it belongs to the people writing the apps.
Everything below reaches the same inbox, so use whichever route fits and write in your own words. The subject lines are only there to help us sort what arrives.
Ways to reach us
Anything at all
Questions about the company, the work, the site, or a sentence on it that reads wrong.
Tell us the daily task that annoys you
The thing you do most days that takes four taps more than it should. Describe it in two sentences. If you also want the short note that goes out when an app of ours changes, say so in the same message and we will add you to the update list.
Rights requests and data questions
Access, erasure, objection and the other UK GDPR rights come to this inbox too, and the company deals with them directly. Naming the right at the top of your message is the fastest way to start the statutory month cleanly.
Reporting a vulnerability
Found something broken in a way that matters, here or in an app of ours? Send the detail and the steps that trigger it. Nobody who reports a real flaw honestly will face any action from us for having looked.
Client work
Briefs, tenders and outsourcing enquiries land in the same inbox and get the same short answer, because the products here are our own and there is no services arm behind them.
Our filed office is a postal fact, not a front door.
It gives statutory post somewhere to land and gives anyone a way to look the company up. Nobody sits behind a desk there, no room can be booked, and a courier will find nobody to sign. Anything physical: write first, and you will be told the right destination.
Tell us the daily task that annoys you.
Of everything that arrives in this inbox, that is the message worth the most to us: one ordinary chore, described in your own words, by the person who actually has to do it.
Mail lands with whoever is writing the code that week, and the answer comes back from the same person, usually inside a working day.
